How it Works

  1. Asset audit

DGE audits your PRV population and agrees the rotation quantity with you. No minimum, no maximum.

  2. Initial purchase

You buy the agreed rotation stock. Faulty valves are replaced at the same time, so the fleet starts compliant.

  3. Rotation begins

A tested and certified valve gets installed. Current PRV removed and returned for rotation. No isolation window, no shutdown.

  4. Certified and returned to stock

Your valve is tested to AS 1271, repaired if needed and ready to be re-certified. Held ready to rotate onto the next asset.

  5. Repeat, on schedule

Due dates tracked in the client portal. Compliance periods stay maintained without a site visit.

Every Certificate. Every Due Date. Tracked 24/7.

A live asset register, not a document file.

Audit-ready. Complete compliance register exports in one step – no reconstructing it from certificates in a drawer.

There is a frontloaded cost – you are buying the rotation stock, and any faulty valves get replaced at the same time. From the point rotation begins, the saving builds: no shutdowns, no downtime, no lapsed compliance periods, and no mobilisation or travel charges, because we hold your stock here. How quickly that pays back depends on what an hour of your downtime costs.

Threaded PRVs from 1/4″ to 1-1/2″, in a range of set pressures. Compressed air duties are what we hold in-house. Anything outside that is purchased to order to suit your fleet.
