Yes – we run a mobile testing fleet. Onsite suits emergency work, or where a valve cannot be isolated or removed. Site access and induction requirements make it slower and more expensive than workshop testing, so workshop is the default unless there’s a reason it can’t be.
Yes. Pick-up and delivery is available for a fee, or you can organize your own freight to DGE.
Yes. Rotable PRV exchange options can put a tested and tagged valve on while yours comes off. No shutdown. No Downtime.
You’ll still receive an AS1271 certification, to record this and keep documentation trace. DGE can provide a quote for a like-for-like replacement.
The portal holds the current certificate for every asset, with its due date, and can export the whole register in one step. What an auditor asks for, you can produce on the spot.
Yes. The portal displays reminders at 90 days, at 30 days, and again once a certificate is overdue. You will have a DGE asset manager assigned to your client portal – they will be in touch at an agreed timeframe well before your due date lapses. You don’t have to track due dates manually.
