How it Works
- Baseline data
Where service records do not exist, we establish the baseline first i.e. what is installed, where it is, and how many assets there are in total.
- Schedule
Six-monthly and yearly service set against each item’s own due date, not a single site-wide date.
- Routine service
Inspection and testing to AS 1851 for each equipment type, item by item.
- Classify findings
Recorded as critical defects, non-critical defects or non-conformances, so what needs acting on today is separated from what can wait for the next service.
- Records
Logbook, tags and labels updated. Everything loaded to your portal with the next due date and a reminder before it lapses.
Every Certificate. Every Due Date. Tracked 24/7.
A live asset register, not a document file.
- Dashboard access across every asset and certificate. Search, filter and auto-generate spreadsheets for reporting and audit. Reminders at 90 days, 30 days, and when a certificate is overdue. Accessible 24/7, current at all times.
Audit-ready. Complete compliance register exports in one step – no reconstructing it from certificates in a drawer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Site address, what equipment (if available) you have and roughly how much of it (if available), and any access or induction requirements. If you hold a current service logbook or register, send that – it is the fastest route to an accurate price.
Staff holding units of competency CPPFES2010 and CPPFES2020, certified by the nationally accredited training provider for this scope of work. Our scope matches the units held. Worth knowing that AS 1851:2012 deliberately removed specific competency requirements from the standard itself, which means competency is not something the standard verifies for you – so we state ours plainly.
AS 1851 separates findings by severity – a critical defect means the equipment cannot be relied on to do its job, so it needs acting on immediately rather than at the next service. We report them separately for exactly that reason, instead of listing everything together and leaving you to work out what matters.
We replace the unit rather than pressure test and recharge it. The new item starts its own service cycle, and you avoid the cost and downtime of test-and-recharge on equipment that is already five years into its life.
Yes, they remain the owner’s responsibility. We cover the six-monthly and yearly service. If monthly checks aren’t happening, that is a gap an auditor will find regardless of how good your yearly records are. If this is something you want to contract out, we can provide support.
Yes. Where records don’t exist we establish baseline data first – what is installed, where, and how many assets you have. That becomes the reference point for every service afterwards.
Logbook, tags and labels are updated on site, and every item is logged in your Client Asset Management Portal against its own identifier with its next due date. The register exports in one step for audit, and reminders go out before service lapses.
