DGE specializes in Sulfuric acid plant and petro-chemical plant maintenance and repairs.

We service heat exchanges and acid boilers, including acid plant tower entry for general maintenance, inspection and repair.

Our specialist shutdown crew includes qualified Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, Riggers, Engineers, Supervisors and Sentries experienced in hazardous environments. Rescue teams are also available.

We provide full tooling solutions including torque multipliers, Full PPE, Breathing Apparatus (both SABA and longline equipment) - Compressors, Gas and Chemical suits.

Road, Rail & Static Vessel Maintenance

With 20 plus years of experience DGE has established itself as a leader in tank cleaning and inspection. We project manage the entire job, including preparing tanks by neutralizing or degassing products and removing residue in preparation for internal inspection and repair.

Our highly experienced team will conduct repairs, servicing, modification and maintenance of all types of Road tankers throughout the transport, mining and industrial sectors in WA. We provide a comprehensive service from tanker inspection, replacement of leaking valves to full repair of roll-overs.

Total tank maintenance and repair involves floor replacement, provision of all relevant documentation including inspection reports, JSA, SWMS to Gas free certification on all our work.

Our Emergency response team offer a 24 hour call out service in metro and regional Western Australia to conduct vessel recovery and environmental clean-up of hazardous spills. The specialized and highly trained team with extensive experience in chemical and biological containment and decontamination safely dispose of hazardous residues and waste products.

We are an approved and accredited responder to dangerous goods emergencies by Resource Safety (Department of mines).
